Enterprise Accelerator (EAL) – Our client, National Association of Microfinance Banks (NAMB) is a member-owned umbrella body of all licensed and regulated Microfinance Banks in Nigeria with a membership of 951 MFB.

The apex association was established in 2009 as a self-regulatory organization with further mandate far advocacy, networking and capacity development in the subsector. Consistent with its new strategic direction, NAMB is inviting application from suitably qualified and competent person to fill the following vacant positions above.

Position Summary: – The ANM will champion the advocacy and networking activities of NAMB including governmental, parliamentary, donor and consumer advocacies to achieve specific objectives and targets laid down in the association's strategic plan. – The ANM reports to the Executive Secretary

Qualifications & Competencies: – Minimum B.Sc/HND in Mass Communication or related disciplines – 5 years working experience in Microfinance or professional membership bodies – Must have lobbying, networking, Public relations & Public speaking skills – Knowledge of key issues in Microfinance/Financial sector – Influencing, representational, negotiation and presentation skills.
