Job Description: – Meet warehouse operational standards by contributing warehouse information to strategic plans; contribute to improving customer-service standards and identifying warehouse system improvements. – Meet warehouse financial standards by providing annual budget information, monitoring expenditures, identifying variances, and implementing corrective actions. – Moves inventory by scheduling materials to be moved to and from warehouse, coordinating inventory transfers with related departments. – Maintains storage area by organizing floor space, adhering to storage design principles, recommending improvements – Maintains inventory by conducting monthly physical counts, reconciling variances, inputting data
Secures warehouse by turning alarms on and testing systems – Keeps equipment operating by enforcing operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; requiring preventive maintenance; calling for repairs. – Accomplishes warehouse and organization mission by completing related results as needed – Assign employees to specific duties. – Examine merchandise to ensure that it is correctly priced and displayed and it functions as advertised – Enforce safety, health, and security rules – Inventory stock and reorder when inventory drops to a specified level – Review inventory and liaise with Store Manager to prepare reports for management and budget departments – Plan budgets and authorize payments and merchandise returns – Examine products purchased for resale or received for storage to assess the condition of each product or item.

Qualification, Minimum Experience and Role Requirement: – A minimum of Bachelor degree in any relevant discipline – Minimum of 2 – 3 years' relevant experience especially in the retail industry – Membership of a reputable and relevant institution
