Roles and Responsibilities: – Directs all functions for Marketing, Direct Channel Sales, Competition Monitoring and Product Development – Ensuring the Division operates within the established budget – Developing and fostering strong interdepartmental relationships with all other business units – Deliver marketing messages across all mediums to drive profitable sales – Develop and deliver integrated marketing plans that support sales efforts and generate results – Conduct thorough investigations to research and analyze competitor trends in pricing, commissions, products, risk management and marketing programs to identify and measure company's competitive position in current and emerging market conditions. – Direct and manage the development of effective marketing campaigns. – Build and maintain relationships with vendors, clients, internal and external customers. – Produce materials and campaigns to promote the corporate image, company products and services. – Create, monitor and develop programs to support cross-functional teamwork to optimize employee knowledge and understanding of corporate goals and objectives.
- Champion the formulation, development, and implementation of revenue generating strategies and products.

Working Knowledge, Skills and Competencies and
Attributes: – Understanding of current technical insurance principles – Proficient in Microsoft Office suite applications – Exceptional communication, presentation and organizational skills – NAICOM guidelines

Qualifications and Experience: – University Graduate – 7 -10 years of Life Marketing and Sales Management experience with direct management of marketing and sales professionals – Successful history of effective campaigns designed to realize desired goals and objectives – Must be a creative thinker with a solution-oriented approach.
