ALMOST 20 years after the capital was moved to Abuja, the Presidency yesterday relocated to Lagos to receive British Prime Minister David Cameron.
Former military President, General Ibrahim Babangida (rtd), moved the capital to Abuja on December 12, 1991. Cameron, who arrived the country last night, had insisted that he would not go to Abuja because of the threat of Boko Haram.
The menace of BoKo Haram, is fast dragging out Nigeria's name down the drain. It is alarming and shameful to Nigeria, for the UK prime minister to refuse to go to Abuja (Capital city of Nigeria), in-spite of the tight security network (UK security and Nigeria security) around him.
l hope this is a strong indication to the Federal government, on how in-secured the international community sees Nigeria.
