On one hand, we equip fresh graduates with requisite telecom skills that enable them gain, and/or stay in employment in the Telecom industry. On the other hand, our outsourcing unit hires skilled and experienced personnel as technical staff for our corporate clients, mostly within Lagos.

As Training Projects coordinator, you will triple as course counselor, telemarketer and sales executive for all our training programs. You will: – Be the front-desk person, first contact person to prospective trainees, and 'face' of the company – Follow up on all email, phone and walk-in enquiries with a view to converting them to sales – Anchor the update and provisioning of prompt feedback at all our social media handles – Form classes, communicate training schedule to trainers and liaise with students to ensure their training objectives are met – Carry out routine checks on training activities to ensure quality delivery is attained and maintained between trainers and students – Be responsible for the marketing of our training services to the corporate clients

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Academic and Professional: – HND or BSc in the Arts or Social Sciences
Certification in Project Management is an added advantage.

Experience: – 1 year or more
