Job Description: – Ensuring all school buildings and grounds are cleaned to agreed standards and specifications – Ensuring the maintenance of all school buildings, grounds and utilities and ensuring that any repairs are properly and promptly carried out – Keeping all grounds and buildings secure – Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations

Minimum Qualification: – Have a minimum of OND – Two (2 years) work experience

Knowledge & Skills: – Good communication skills – Have knowledge of facility maintenance – Good negotiation skills.
