Job Description: – The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for the effective human capital management of the company.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills: – First degree (2:1 minimum) in Economics or any social science discipline. – A qualification in HR Management, Psychology or a business related subject will be considered an advantage. – Good knowledge of the domestic economy – 10 years relevant work experience and at a management position – Experience in the Real Estate industry – Ability to plan, think and act strategically; – Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other related legislation – Mature, self-motivated, proactive, fast learner and team player – Good problem-solving and organization skills – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – IT application proficient (MS Word, MS Excel & PowerPoint) – Proficient in spoken and written English
Membership of a professional body or a recognised professional certificate is an added advantage. – Not more than 40 years.
