Duties: – The Provost is the academic and Chief Executive Officer of the College and shall be responsible for the execution of the policy decisions of the Council and day to day administration of the College.

Qualification and Experience: – The candidate must possess at least a Doctorate Degree in a Teaching subect, in the field of Education preferably a subject taught in the College, from a recognized institution plus at least 12 years cognate experience, and a professional teaching qualification. – He/She must have attained the postion of a Chief Lecturer or equivalent in an institution of higher learning. – Also He/She must be registered with the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria. – The Candidate must show evidence of ability to provide academic and administrative leadership. – Age requirement is a minimum of 35 years.

Terms of Appointment/Conditions of Service: – Terms and conditions of service are the same as those obtainable in comparable State Tertiary Institution in the country.
