Responsibilities/Knowledge/Skill Requirements: – Prepare/design Electrical building services engineering systems – Power, Lighting, Low voltage, etc Systems and Specification. – Knowledge of PHCN and IEE Standards. – Experience and/or exposure to Data/Voice, UPS System, Security, CCTV and Access Control system is an advantage. – Must be knowledgeable in using and /or interpreting AutoCAD MEP or REVIT design and modeling systems. – B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering with requisite experience in Building Systems Engineering. – Minimum of 6 years post qualification experience in Building Engineering Design required. – Possession of COREN and/or NSE Certification is an added advantage.
