Requirements: – HND/BSc. in any discipline – A foundation degree in culinary arts – Excellent cooking skills – Minimum of 7 years' experience in the planning and organizing of all kitchen activities, cost control, purchasing and inventory, compliance with ISO and HACCP standards.
