Details: – Our client is a reputable specialty bakery café serving cakes, food, drinks, ice creams and more.

Duties: – Opening up and closing down and ensuring the café is secure at all times – Setting up and managing the café each day – Attending team, front of house and staff meetings as appropriate – Willingness to attend training as appropriate – Cash handling, float management and till reconciliation daily – Staff training

Requirements: – HND/BSc. in any discipline – Minimum of 5 years' experience managing a Bar/Lounge/Café
