Qualifications, Experience and Skills: – Degree in human Resource, Social Sciences or any related field – An MBA/M.Sc in Human Resource Management! Management – Membership of CIPM is compulsory and CIPD will be an added advantage – Must have at least 5 years post graduate experience – Possess a strong Marketing and Business Development Skills – Must be people oriented and client facing
