Job Title: Horticulture Manager
Responsibilities:
• Develop Production budgets and targets
• Direct and Manage operations to achieve set targets
• Develop review administrative. purchasing and clerical procedures after determine operational needs
• Manage cross-functional relationships with other department.
• Provide expertise, leadership to his subordinates and technical support to and under the Project manager
Qualifications:
• A minimum of first degree or equivalent in agronomy, Crop Production or related field with relevant work experience of at least 5-10 years in similar role
