Legendary Studios Limited, a dynamic multimedia, graphic design and entertainment company is looking to recruit a Chief Operating Officer with previous experience in either Advertising, Multimedia, Graphics and design.
Requirement and responsiblities:
a. University degree in sciences, arts or accounting
b. Previous experience managing a company at an operational level with decision making capability.
c. Previous experience with full ownership and line management accountability for Profit and Loss account as well as Balance Sheet.
d. Experience with people management and HR related issues from a management perspective.
e. Experience with corporate planning, budgeting, fore-casting – short medium and long term.
f. Experience and familiarity with corporate governance, ethics & values for corporate organizations.
g. Experience with tax related issues (corporate and payee), insurance, liabilities, contracting and compliance for corporate entities.
h. Good organization skills, with strong communication and people skills.
i. Excellent use of IT tools and office softwares suites like Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word or similiar suites.
j. Familiarity with graphics, design, web portals, advertising and entertainment industry would be a bonus.
k. Ability to develop, justify and execute a bankable business plan.
Other Requirements:
- Active working experience of minimum 10 years with at least last 5 years in management position.
