JOB SUMMARY:
The Account Manager will develop and implement Customer Relationship Strategies that guarantee customer satisfaction, retention, multiplication and loyalty.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensure quality and effectiveness of IT Applications Systems are deployed to clients site
• Create business development www.nigerianbestforum.com Strategies that drive increase in sales with high profits
• Analyse competitive offerings for development of Sales/marketing strategy
• Develop relationship with Customers to ensure repeat business and/or referrals.
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:
IT/Telecoms Industry Savy; Knowledge of Key Account Management Techniques
Excellent communication skill-oral, presentation and writing.
