JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Account Manager will assist the Business Development Manager (BDM) in leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop profitable and sustainable growth plan for key accounts.
• Establish and build strong working relationships with business leaders and team members to ensure the successful delivery of services to customers.
• Manage the overall customer satisfaction and profitability plan
JOB REQUIREMENT:
• Knowledge of Contemporary Sales Management Process.
• Knowledge of VoIP, WiMAX, BFWA, IP-VPN, WAN and LAN technologies.
• Proven track record of business development and sales achievement is an advantage.
• At least 8yrs experience in sales management of a technical product/service.
