Job Objective:
To generate business opportunities for the organization and ensure a well managed client relationship.
Job Responsibilities:
• Assist the Lead Consultant/CEO in crafting a unique Sales and Marketing as well as Client relationship management strategy for the organization and take responsibility to driving the execution of the strategy.
• Work with the CEO in defining the strategic thrust of the company on a continual basis (in response to changing market conditions).
• Coordinate the Sales & Marketing as well as Relationship Management activities of the organisation.
• Responsible for deploying and managing the Sales & Marketing System of the firm. Will also be responsible for managing the firm's CRM system.
• Responsible for developing and nurturing strong relationship with top 20 public sector organisation and top 50 private sector companies in Nigeria.
• Will also be responsible for ensuring we cross-sell all the offerings of the organisation to these top clients.
• Responsible for assisting the 3 strategic business units of the firm in executing all Reputation Building activities of the organisation including 2 HR Conferences per annum, strategic knowledge sharing activities with top organisations, setting up Client's online HR community, weekly articles in the newspapers, HR Newsletter, etc.
• Responsible for initiating and development of new business lines and products for the company.
Qualification:
• First degree in any discipline
• Membership of relevant professional bodies
• Smart, intelligent and thirsty for knowledge
Minimum Experience:
• Minimum of 6 years experience selling HR services to high net worth organisations
