Title: Nigeria records second kidney transplant at LUTH

Nigeria on Tuesday recorded a major medical breakthrough by performing another successful kidney transplant, the News Agency of Nigeria reports. The medical feat was achieved by a team of surgeons of the Lagos University Teaching Hospital, Idi Araba, Lagos. It was the second successful kidney transplantation in the country by Nigerians.

Good one! A journey of a thousand mile starts in a day. This feat should be consolidated on by the government.

If this feat is consolidated by the federal government, Nigerians suffering from kidney failure would worry about the expensive means of flying abroad for kidney transplant.
