An international ultra-deepwater drilling contractor currently in the process of mobilizing to Nigeria to embark on drilling campaign in the Nigerian waters is in dare need of Nigerian candidates to fill the following position(s):
Job Title: Senior Dynamic Position Officer
Qualification:
• Must be a Nigerian with at least 12 years offshore experience in the Marine department or as an alternate 7 years minimum in a related DPO position with an ultra-deepwater drilling contractor.
Basic Job Responsibilities:
• Operate dynamic positions (DP) equipment in order to maintain the rig in a stable condition and at the correct draft and trim at all times and operate the ballast control system where applicable among other responsibilities.
