A reputable company is looking for outstanding self-driven professionals to fill the following position(s):
Job Title: Head, Corporate Finance/Advisory Services
• Reporting to the MD/CEO, the successful candidate will be responsible for the company's corporate finance, Advisory and Investment Banking functions.
• The scope of work will include handling of equity, bond offers and other long term capital raising mandates, corporate restructuring, mergers & acquisitions and other financial advisory services.
Qualifications:
• A good first degree (2nd Class Upper min.) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or any other numerate discipline from a reputable university.
• Post graduate or professional qualifications such as MBA, ICAN or ACCA will give added advantage to candidates.
Experience:
• A minimum of 7 years relevant experience with at least 2 years spent in a similar position.
• International relevant working experience will also be an advantage.
Age: Not more than 38 years old
Location: Lagos.
