The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) yesterday described the anti-Maurice Iwu protesters as gangsters.
Leaders of the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC), the Trade Union Congress (TUC) and the civil society coalition stormed the national headquarters of INEC in Maitama, Abuja and then, the National Assembly to demand urgent and genuine electoral reform along with the removal of the INEC Chairman, Prof. Maurice Iwu whose tenure expires in June.
