ROUND ONE
_ The four lowest ranked PMAs (based on the FIFA/Coca-Cola Ranking of July 2011 and for sporting
reasons) will contest Round One.
_ The four Round One teams will play in a central tournament based on a league system.
_ The tournament is scheduled in the period from 21-26 November 2011; the proposed venue is Samoa.
_ The winner of the tournament will advance to Round Two
ROUND TWO
_ The Group Stage of the 2012 OFC Nations Cup will serve as Round Two, in which the winner of Round
One will join the remaining seven PMAs that received a bye in Round One.
_ The eight Round Two teams will play in a central tournament based on a league system with a semi-final
and final.
_ The tournament is scheduled in the period from 1 - 12 June 2012; the proposed venue is Fiji.
_ The four highest-placed teams from Round Two will advance to Round Three.

3 Winner Round One
4 Tahiti
Group B
1 Fiji
2 New Zealand
3 Solomon Islands
4 Papua New Guinea
ROUND THREE
_ The four highest-placed teams from Round Two will contest Round Three.
_ The four Round Three teams will be drawn into a round-robin, home-and-away group.
_ The matches are foreseen to take place in the period from 7 September 2012 - 26 March 2013.
