A reputable Estate Development Organization currently recruiting the following position(s):
Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Requirement:
Have at least 5 years experience in the Industry and should possess HND/BSC in quality Surveying.
Be able to prepare quality take-offs, and tender proposals in support of bid submissions.
Calculate all labour, plant, material and sub-contractor requirements of bids.
Evaluate supplier and sub-contractor quotes and prepare quotation comparisons.
Cross-check Clients' BOQ against tender drawings and specifications.
Be computer literate.
Be presentable.
