Those who have not obtained Admission Forms are to proceed to Screening Venues on screening day with the following:
*Originals and copies of birth certificates
*2011 UTME (JAMB) Results Slips
*O Level results (if available)
*Letters of Introduction from pastor/imam
*4 passport-size photographs
*Writing materials (scientific calculators are not allowed)
*N10,000 bank draft (cost of admission forms) in favour of Babcock University
