A real estate company is recruiting for the following position:
Title: Real Estate Portfolio Manager
Person Specification:
The candidate must:
• be intelligent, articulate, hardworking, and optimistic with a positive attitude
• take responsibility,
• be able to work under pressure, proactive, possess good analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Core responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Successfully establish key operational indicators for each project.
- Work with project principals on negotiation, structuring and legal documentation of investments.
- Source for new businesses and develop product mix for the unit.
- Review project related data, including inventories, budgets and planning reports to obtain information on project status and requirements.
- All other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Management.
Qualification:
• B.Sc / Masters Degree with a preference for Real Estate Management, Finance, Accounting,
• Economics or a related course from a reputable University with minimum of second class lower
• Membership of a relevant professional organization
Experience:
• Minimum of 2 – 3 years post qualification experience in real estate finance, development or construction.
• Experience with a similar position in the Mortgage banking/ financial services sector is compulsory.
