Inter Milan striker, Samuel Eto'o, is close to sealing a big money move to Russian side Anzhi Makhachkala, according to his agent.
The club are reported to have offered €35m to Eto'o, along with a four-year, €20m-a-year salary package.
"We have almost reached an agreement with Anzhi. Now we hope that the clubs agree," said the player's representative Claudio Vigorelli.
Inter president Massimo Moratti confirmed that the two clubs were in talks over the Cameroon international earlier this week.
"The offer is not indecent but it is not up to me to evaluate it," he said. "In fact it is intelligent, interesting and fair. Now it is up to us and Eto'o to evaluate it."
The 30-year-old striker was Inter's top scorer last season with 37 goals in all competitions and has also been linked with a move to Manchester City.
