Job Description:
•   Head of FI is a critical role in Nigeria tasked with overall responsibility for Nigeria strategy and delivering client value.
•   The role holder is responsible for penetrating and growing market share of the FI segment which includes Banks, Finance Companies, Insurance companies, Investment Institutions, Stock brokers, NBFI and Nostro accounts.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement long-term strategy and working plans for Banks, Governemnt,  I&I and DO business
* Source for business from key targets particularly supranaturals, International NGOS, Multilaterals, bilaterals and government on our selectivity list
* Train and motivate staff in order to enhance their contribution to bank's success
* Maintain high professional  standards and strive to provide quality service to all clients
* Migration of best practice across the Africa region as delegated by Head FI Africa
* Work closely with GAMS to close deals and leverage the SCB network

Qualifications & Skills:
* Good university degree
* Minimum 10 years banking experience
* Sound Human resource management and strong interpersonal skills
* Strong Multicultural awareness
* Tact, diplomacy to develop customer relationships
* Strong negotiating skills
* Strong knowledge of the Nigeria banking environment
* Consistent track record of execution and high performance

In compliance with the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Act of 2004, all applicants should ensure that they have completed the mandatory NYSC programme. A discharge certificate will be required as evidence of completion of the programme. Where an exemption has been granted, a certificate of exemption will also be required.
