Former Military President, General Ibrahim Babangida (IBB) marked his 70th birthday at Hill Top Villa, Minna, Niger State.
At the ceremony which had in attendance many prominent Nigerians including the speaker of the House of Representatives, Honourable Aminu Tambuwal, Professor Tunde Adeniran, Chief Femi Fani Kayode , Chief Alex Akinyele among others, Okupe described the celebrant as the father of the nation, adding that no former head of state could play the role more than him.
