The 2011 International Energy Insurance (IEI) National Premier Hockey League Finals flicked off at the hockey pitch of the National Stadium Abuja with Delta Force, Union Bank and Police Machine setting the pace of the main tournament. National Mirror gathered yesterday that although the tournament started on Sunday with the preliminaries, the tournament proper commenced on Tuesday and Delta Force secured the first victory in the Men's category.
