The Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) has accused the Court of Appeal of giving conflicting judgments in related matters. It also said the Supreme Court is not immune from the situation.
It did not spare anti-corruption agencies which it accused of laxity in the fight against corruption, saying nothing significant has been achieved in tackling malfeasance in recent times.
