The confusion over the headship of the Court of Appeal cleared a bit last night when President Goodluck Jonathan approved the appointment of Justice Dalhatu Adamu as acting President of the Court "pending when all issues relating to the recent suspension of Justice Isa Ayo Salami are resolved."
