For racial abuse on Nigerian international star, Osaze Odemwingie, a Wolverhampton Wanderers season ticket holder has been banned from Molineux.
The 16-year-old, from Hednesford, near Cannock, was handed an indefinite ban after Wolverhampton Wanderers officials were alerted to the message by angry fans, after posting a racist remark about West Brom striker, Odemwingie on Twitter..
Wolves spokesman Mat Grayson said: "The club will not tolerate any form of racism. We moved swiftly to deal with the matter and handed out an indefinite ban. Thankfully this is a rare event. In the four years I have been doing this job this is the only time I have had to deal with this situation."
The teenager's post was removed from Twitter but he received a barrage of abuse from outraged fans of both Wolves and Albion.
He later tweeted: "Apologies to everyone I have offended. I know I have done wrong. Was childish and stupid."
