Job Title: Director-General/CEO
Key responsibilities:
• Provide with council, the goals, strategic direction and focus for the Institute.
• Ensure faithful implementation of same.
• Relate with policy makers, professional organizations, government agencies and blue chip organizations.
Skills, Attributes and Qualifications:
• A past cabinet level government officer or Permanent Secretary/Director General in Public Sector.
• The ideal candidate must be between the ages of 55 and 65.
• Minimum of a Masters degree in any discipline.
• Membership of a professional body.
• Minimum of 30 years experience, 15 of which must be a very senior management level.
• Very sociable, dynamic and high creative ability.
• Able to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Meticulous with keen attention to details and proven record of performance in a cognate organization.
