As a result of restructuring and expansion, a premier organization of business leaders with head office in Lagos and branches in Abuja and other geographical zones requires the services of qualified and experienced professionals for the strategic positions:

Job Title: Director Research and Advocacy

Key responsibilities:
•   Generate through research efforts topical issues in the Nigerian business environment.
•   Oversee the advocacy objective of the institute.
•   Collect, compile and analyse data for use of the Institute and benefit of its members.
•   Develop and Implement an approved work-plan for the Institute to achieve its goals and objectives.
•   Provide well articulated policy proposals for council's consideration as input to public policy formulation in matters of interest to the Institute and growth of the national economy.

Skills, Attributes and Qualifications:
•   The ideal candidate must be between the ages of 40 and 50.
•   Minimum of a Masters degree in Social Science discipline, possession of a PHD is an added advantage.
•   Membership of a professional body.
•   Minimum of 10 years work experience in the field of Social Sciences research, 6 of which must be at senior management level.
•   Very sociable and a good team player, dynamic and high creative ability.
•   Able to communicate effectively at all levels.
•   Meticulous with keen attention to details and proven record of performance in a cognate organization.
