Stand-up comedy is known to be raunchy and edgy from time to time. But this time is looks like comedian Katt Williams crossed the line.During a stand-up routine in Phoenix this past weekend, Katt Williams let out a seven-minute anti-Mexican rant toward a Mexican heckler.
