Job Description: Export Processing Officer
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Registration & processing of Forms NXP.
- Maintaining Original forms NXP in a separate file for ease of retrieval.
- Update the NXP register with status of the CCI ( i.e date of shipment and CCI Number).
- Certification of export proceeds to the CBN.
- Update the NXP register with the status of each certification.
- Ensure communication is sent to customers on transactions without activity and CCI on a monthly basis.
- Send report to the business daily of Non repatriated NXP's.
- Preparation of form NXP charges monthly.
- Processing of Revalidation of forms M as requested by the Client.
- Monitoring request and approvals from the CBN.
- Update of the CBN correspondence file (hard and soft copy).
- Preparation of daily EFASS report to Finance( NXPs & Export proceeds).
Qualifications & Skills:
- B.Sc University Degree(2:2 Minimum) from a recognized institution.
- Must be conversant with basic computer operation packages.
- In compliance with the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Act of 2004, all applicants should ensure that they have completed the mandatory NYSC programme. A discharge certificate will be required as evidence of completion of the programme. Where an exemption has been granted, a certificate of exemption will also be required.
