Job Description:
- Conduct Variance analysis
- Benchmark competitor's performance against the organization
- Conduct field sales analysis
- Conduct customer survey data
- Conduct competitors survey/data
Personnel Specification:
- BSc Administration, Marketing or Accountancy. (MSc, MBA) will be an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Ability to train and coach associates to deliver set objectives
- Cognate experience of not less than five years in a related field
- Any other jobs assigned by the branch Manager
