Job Description:
• Conduct variance analysis.
• Benchmark competitor's performance against the organization.
• Conduct field sales analysis.
• Conduct customer survey data.
• Conduct competitors' survey/data.
Personnel Specification:
• B.Sc Business Administration, Marketing or Accountancy
• (M.Sc, MBA) will be an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to train and coach associates to deliver set objectives.
• Cognate Experience of not less than 5 years in a related field.
• Any other jobs assigned by the branch Manager.
