Job Title: Service Centre Supervisors
Location: Lagos, Port-Harcourt, Calabar, Enugu, Aba, Ilorin, Warri, Abeokuta
Job Description:
• Manage proper Spare Part Inventory.
• Manage defective stocks (Customer/Sims).
• Compilation of Reports and analysis.
• Ensure safety of the Tool Kits and other company property.
• To implement effective cost control measures.
• Effective warranty claim management.
Academic Qualification:
• Engineering graduate with B.Sc/HND in Electrical/Electronic from a recognized University or Polytechnics.
• 5-7 years work experience in Service Centre of a consumer Electronics/Telecom company at a supervisory level.
• Should have sound knowledge of MS Office.
• Good communication skill, knowledge of any local Nigerian language is an added advantage.
• Must be of pleasurable personality and willing to travel at short notice and ready to relocate.
