Title: Nigeria Job Opportunity for General Manager

We are a fast growing dynamic and goal oriented group of companies with interest in different sectors of the economy. We are seeking competent individual to fill the following vacant positions:

Job Title: General Manager

Responsibility:
•   Candidate will have full responsibility for profit generation. The GM is responsible for the overall management of staff, Finances, Projects and Initiatives to improve processes.
•   A key focus will be the ability to engage at diverse levels, with the objectives of implementing decisions of the company. His role will include driving the following arm of the contracting firm;
•   Maintenance Service: HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing.
•   Sales: Air Conditioning and other equipments.

Qualification:
•   Candidate must have minimum of a B.Sc in Quantity Surveys, Architecture or Engineering from a reputable University.
•   A minimum of 15 years post qualification experience with at least 3 years in management position in a well structured organization.
•   Project management certification will be an added advantage.
•   Exposure to contracting is a prerequisite.
•   Ability to deputize for the MD/CEO in Business development and related issues.

Skills:
•   Time management and analytical skill
•   Ability to multitask.
•   Excellent command of written and spoken English.
•   Administrative and organizational skills.
