OSUN STATE UNIVERSITY, OSOGBO CENTRE FOR PRE-DEGREE STUDIES ADMISSION INTO 2011/2012 PRE-DEGREE PROGRAMME
Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into one-year Pre-Degree Programme for the 2011/2012 Academic Session.
GENERAL ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
• Candidates must possess O/L, SSCE (WAEC), SSCE (NECO) or equivalent with a minimum of four relevant credit passes in subjects which must include English Language for Arts; and English Language and Mathematics for Sciences and Social Sciences.
• Candidates with deficiencies in their O'level result, will be considered but such candidates are, however, required to make up for any deficiency before the 2012/2013 admission exercise.
COMPLETION OF APPLICATION FORMS
• Application forms are available for downloading free on the University Website.
• Copies may also be obtained from the Admissions Office at the Osogbo Campus or from any of the College Offices of the University at Okuku, Ikire, Ipetu-Ijesa and Ejigbo. Completed application forms should be submitted with a bank draft in favour of OSUN
• STATE UNIVERSITY for the sum of Ten Thousand Naira (N10,000.00) only.
PLACEMENT INTO DEGREE PROGRAMME
Upon successful completion of the programme, candidates who also must obtain satisfactory scores in the 2012/2013 JAMB Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME), would have the opportunity of being placed in any of the Degree Programmes in the following colleges:
• College Of Science, Engineering And Technology, Osogbo Campus
• College Of Management And Social Sciences, Okuku Campus
• College Of Human Resource Development And Lifelong Learning, Okuku Campus
• College Of Humanities And Culture, Ikire Campus
• College Of Agriculture, Ejigbo Campus
• College Of Education, Ipetu-Ijesa Campus
ENTRANCE EXAMINATION
Date: Saturday, 15th October, 2011.
Venue: Osun State University, Main Campus, Osogbo
Time: 9.00 am
