Job Title: BTS Implementation Auditor
Department: Network Group
Location: Lagos
Job Description:
•Implement day to day BTS quality inspection and ensure that the entire inspection takes place within an assigned area.
•Compile reports and maintain statistics for all BTS infrastructure inspection.
•Suggest and monitor corrective (remedial) action where implemented in adherence to MTN Specification and Standard Best Practice and ensure Audit compliance, report deviances.
•Establish conformities or nonconformities either in the design specification, implementation or in the operation of MTNN GSM network infrastructure.
•Maintain an electronic filling system of operational and work in-progress BTS sites
•Liaise and carryout node test with responsible units to ensure acceptable performance of newly integrated sites/nodes.
•Monitor and quality check of new network nodes to ensure acceptable GoS
•Implement site's quality assurance projects as directed by the Manager, BTS Implementation

Required Skills:
• Minimum of 4 years post qualification experience which Includes:
• 2 years experience in BTS network build and development
• Good understanding of telecommunication infrastructure
Qualification: First degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or in technically orientated discipline.
