Job Title: Head, School of Banking
Roles of Responsibilities:
• Heads of Schools will be responsible for conceptualizing and evolving training products and services to meet the demands of the various schools.
• Such programmes will comply with statutory frameworks and requirements of monitoring institutions and agreed I-skill frameworks.
• They will also be responsible for planning and organizing public and in-plant training programmes; as well as finding and creating business international affiliations with a view to institutionalizing the company's training programmes towards specialist areas.
• Heads of Schools will validate training materials and ensure they meet standards of the company with approval of the Managing Director.
• They will also be responsible for ensuring revenue achievement of the unit.
Qualifications and Experience:
• A good first degree in Banking, Accounting, Economics or related field with relevant professional qualifications from reputable institutions.
• An MBA or M.Sc from a reputable institution is mandatory
• 15years working experience in banking industry
• Membership of CIBN or related professional body is compulsory
