Requirements:
• The ideal candidate for this position should be aged between 40 and 50 years and must possess a B.Sc. in Social Sciences coupled with higher degree in Marketing, Economics or an MBA.
• He must equally possess not less than 10 years cognate experience preferably in Fast Moving Consumer Good Industry, 5 of which must be in similar capacity to this position.
• He should be articulate a seasoned administrator with excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong leadership qualities, general management capabilities, innovativeness and confidence to relate at the highest levels in the business community.
• The challenge will be to achieve high targets in a competitive industry.
• The National Sales Manager will report to the Managing Director and assist in the development and coordination of sales/marketing policies and responsible for implementation of same through effective leadership of the sales force.
The remuneration packages attached to this position are competitive and negotiable depending on qualifications and experience.
