Key Responsibilities:
• Effectively manage the administrative and human resource activities of the firm.
• Manage the recruitment and training school activities of the firm.
Experience, Knowledge and Educational qualification:
• Ideal candidate must be knowledge in human resources management and training.
• She/he must be able to work independently with a very strong character to ensure adherence to the firm's policy.
• A good first degree is required and a good track record.
• A minimum of 5 years experience in similar work environment.
• Proven professional and interpersonal relations with good communication skills.
• Candidate should not be older than 35 years.
• Computer literacy.
