An Integrated farm located in Niger Delta needs the services of the following positions:
Job Title: Farm Manager
Role:
• The Farm Manager will report to the Managing Director.
• The primary role of this position is to plan, organize and manage all aspects of farm operations to meet Company objectives including overseeing the design and construction of the farm, supervise recruitment of relevant staff, planning strategies for maximum output and farm administration.
Knowledge/Skills:
• First degree in relevant subject with an MBA with focus on Enterprise Development or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years post MBA experience.
• Excellent knowledge and experience of farm management-medium to large scale.
• Excellent understanding of modern farming methods and high specification equipment and machinery.
• Strong business and commercial acumen including financial skills.
• Self starter.
• Good computer skills
• Excellent planning and organizing skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Highly motivated and resilient attitude with the ability to work under pressure.
