Job Title: National Sales Manager
Key Tasks:
• Coordinate the activities of the Zonal Sales Manager
• Assigning target to all zonal sales managers who will distribute to the salesmen and subordinates.
• Involve in random fieldwork in all zones and report the situation to the management for strategies necessary to tackle the various problems on the field.
• Ensure that all company debts are collected within a time frame set by the management.
• Monitor adoption process and generate possible sales from the process.
• Leverage and grow partnerships with key customers nationally.
• Managing and controlling the sales budget.
• Identify business opportunities and initiate sales programme that will effectively increases customer patronage and drive profitability.
Qualifications:
• BSc in Management Science
• Minimum of 8-12 years sales experience in an FMCG.
• The candidate must not be less than 40 years.
• MBA in marketing or business administration is compulsory.
