Role Description:
The Senior Industry Solution Specialist, ASIG will have the following main job responsibilities:
• Create Solution templates and reference architectures that address key emerging analytical requirements in the FS industry utilizing the breadth of products from FSGBU analytics and from the extended Oracle product family.
• Create Field Enablement materials for sales and presales teams of FSGBU (For the Insurance Analytical Applications)
• Demonstrate Oracle's thought leadership in Insurance through
• Work interactively with FSGBU product managers
• Work interactively with FSGBU delivery teams to absorb key client usage patterns and learnings from current deployments.
• Provide thought leadership to Enterprise Strategic Sales opportunities and CVC events
Job Requirements:
• The candidate should have a strong business background in Insurance Industry Analytics across Risk Management, Finance, Solvency II, Financial Crime & Compliance and Customer Insight. Practical leadership experience in Insurance Companies or Consulting / implementing analytical applications for Insurance will be essential. Senior Tier1 Customer interaction experience in business settings will also be required notably in identifying business pain points and solution crafting.
• Ability to influence thinking or gaining acceptance of analysts and practitioners in complex situations is important.
• The role will additionally require interactions with key Tier 1 customers. Excellent communications skills required.
Travel Requirements:
• 25% travel is expected within the assigned region.
• Occasional travel to other regions is expected as well for supporting industry events, conferences, engineering visits, critical deals or participating in customer CVC's.
