Job Title: Plant Manager
Location: Lagos
Sector: Manufacturing
Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage plant annual production plans.
• Develop and manage the groups Logistics plan which include resources, processes and operations towards meeting the group production objectives.
• Develop and executes formulation of all the group product categories/types in line with international quality standard.
• Assist in monitoring HACCP in all production processes/operations.
• Liases with Governmental Agencies.
Requirement:
• A good first degree in Industrial Chemistry, Chemical/Production Engineering.
• Possession of MBA will be an added advantage.
• A minimum of 10 years post NYSC experience , 6 of which must be between middle and top management in a similar position.
• Good entrepreneurial orientation is a requirement.
• A good knowledge of the gas industry in Nigeria.
• Should be between 35-45 years.
