Responsibilities and Duties:
• Required to provide quality administrative services to support the Sales team fast racking transactions, stock monitoring and coordination with Despatch & Logistics.
• Preparation of all Documents Waybill/Store requisition/Invoice/Purchase Order and Quotations.
• Documentation Maintenance of filling system (Credit Review Forms etc.)
• Collection of all documents post dispatch for Credit sales to complete case file.
• Payment collection support to sales.
• ERP tasks related to sales execution.
• Quotations for walk in customers.
Qualification:
• Graduates.
• Good written and communication skills.
• Proficient in computer usage with excellent knowledge of MS package (Word, Excel, Access and Power point)
